I placed an order, the warehouse shipped the wrong item. I reached out to customer service and they said 3 weeks ago they were sending a replacement. Nothing has arrived and nobody has followed up on numerous emails.

Wrong item shipped and replacement still not received.

I would much rather have the $100, like previous years, to spend on healthcare visits, etc.
