Cheap design for the money

Products are all severely overpriced!

Shopped Well Deserved several times and haven't been that pleased overall. I will say your shipping and order accuracy is outstanding. But your ordering process is dated and much too rigid compared to most retailers today. There's no ability to add an item or change anything. If an item was forgotten, only recourse is to start new order and then pay high shipping costs because it didn't meet the minimum. Merchandise prices are high, many items aren't offered on your site (that are FSA eligible) and the quality of things I have bought isn't that great. I really wish GEHA would give a straightfwd prepaid credit to spend elsewhere.

The customer support is fantastic! a 10 out of 10! But boy do they have problems in the warehouse where items are shipped from. I ordered 38 Hawaiian Tropic Tropical Sunscreen Lip Balm SPF 45+. (1) In first shipment they sent 11 Hawaiian Tropic Tropical Sunscreen Lip Balm SPF 45+. (2) In second shipment they sent 9 Hawaiian Tropic Tropical Sunscreen Lip Balm SPF 45+. (3) In third shipment they sent 9 Hawaiian Tropic Tropical Sunscreen Lip Balm SPF 45+. (4) In their fourth shipment, they sent 15 (instead of 9 on their packing list) Hawaiian Tropic Tropical Sunscreen Lip Balm SPF 45+. What a costly waste of money for them and a big waste of time for me having to keep notifying them.

Digital thermometer is inaccurate and not worth $100.00. Waste of my "well deserved" credit. I should have gone to Costco and paid $30 for a different brand.
