I am sure many people appreciate the available items; however, there are some of us that would love to see options that help prevent health problems, rather than to merely treat them. I remember and better appreciated when you could use points for weight scales, bicycles, and exercise items. Now it is more like a drug store with bandages, hot/cold packs, etc., that are priced higher than local stores, and not needed by all who participate in the wellness program. Clearly, just my thoughts.

There are lots of options - maybe too many. Pricing seems higher than retail on many items - it would be good if we could apply manufacturers coupons towards purchases. Quality of some of the products is hard to gauge from the website but appears lower than similar brands available locally.

Items are very expensive. Well above prices one can easily find on the internet. With that said, using "free" funds received through insurance benefits makes it worthwhile.
