Not the best here, alot of faffing around here with emails and exchanges, took forever to sort it out

The material is lovely, and their bras are a great option for people like me who usually find bras uncomfortable. While I didn’t love the shape they gave me, I’m planning to keep them for wearing under tops where that doesn’t matter as much. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend their underwear—they constantly ride up and cause all kinds of discomfort (camel toe, wedgie—you name it). Shipping was also slower than expected: I ordered on April 29 and it didn’t ship until May 14. Overall, not terrible, but not great either. There’s definitely room for improvement in both design and service.

A little dissapointed! I've had some great service from Nala previously but this experince hasn't been that great and I'm not left with a bra that I won't be able to wear and out of pocket money from sending a bra back and forth to exchange sizes. At the end of the day neither size worked for me but I should have chosen the bigger size even though it sagged. Instead the maternity bra has caused blocked ducts as there needs to be a size in between for the C-D gals.

I appreciate the return policy , but would not have purchased a product online if I had know I would be denied a return if the brand did not fit or feel nice

The shipping was fast and the required exchange was done really quickly, but not getting answers to specific questions was frustrating (possibly using AI to answer??) and may have eliminated the need for an exchange. It sometimes took 3 or 4 emails to get an answer - others I never received (like how their sizing works - European or Australian? The measurements in the size chart were very wrong for my shape - usually 8FF or 8G in Panache, Fantasie or Freya - with fullness on the top).
