Bummed that I can no longer use my shower due to stripped threads on external port

Improperly approved for 8 gallon and they are too small for that. Waterport said I should also use the brackets that came with the 8 gallon tank.

Did not receive my product.

The pump fitment: can’t even put the pump in - tried to push and don’t want to hammer it down that might get stuck and not be usable.
