VERY POOR. I ordered a Longines watch from you in December (your ref: order number 107106). On opening the package and trying to set the time we found that the time setting knob was completely jammed and at the third try it fell off. I complained about this, particularly as the advertising material states that each watch is tested before dispatch. At your request I sent the watch to your Melbourne repair facility to be fixed and have heard nothing since. No one has contacted me to give me an idea how long the repair would take or even to apologise for the inconvenience, you never answer your phone directly and the repair facility won't speak to me. If you really love having me as a customer you'll sort this out ASAP. Then I might give you a higher rating!

Absolutely terrible. My watch, which was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days, has still not arrived and it's been 3 weeks.
