Horrible service

To the management: I am disappointed with the service here. No emails to remind me of that there is no stock about XX watch, just sent a response in a ‘message’ module based on the website. When I sent emails, there is no responses even at the time of refunding the money. Also, I have no ideas about when will the amount of money come back to my account. I suggest that your company need to change the service ASAP, otherwise it must result in a loss of your business. Bad services are never well liked and received by all customers.

I think you need to cater for customers who want to purchase but prefer to do transaction by phone. Some people are reticent to give card details on internet
