When I was ordering my new watch the service was great but since having problems with my watch have had trouble getting in contact and when I did and was told someone would ring me or get in contact well I am still waiting three days later so I suppose your pretty busy

So far so good. My original order for this watch was attended to very efficiently. I now need to exchange the watch for one with a second hand which my daughter requires for work. Australia Post tracking tells me the watch arrived at WD several days ago, but I have not yet received the email from you to this effect. I recognise you may we dealing with a number of returns at this time, so I will give you another day or 2 before phoning you. My daughter is keen to receive the Nixon Kensington watch I have ordered in exchange for this Bering one.

The watch Authenticator app was unable to authenticate the watch as genuine.

Order placed 2 Dec not shipped till 11 Dec. Would have been nice to be given reason for delay.

Delivery was okay just product was not accurately represented
