Watch Direct is not a Tissot "authorised retailer"
Watch Direct gets 4 stars for how it resolved a defect in a new watch that had to be repaired in NZ where I live (Order 127326). It would be 5 stars if Watch Direct were a Tissot "Authorised Retailer" because then the warranty period from Tissot itself would be 2 years instead of the 1 year offered by Watch Direct. WD should become a Tissot authorised retailer if it wants buyers, particularly outside Australia, to have Tissot's 2-year warranties and easier means of resolving post-sale issues.
