Long long time

This was one of the longest-running reclamation I've experienced.
The reclamation of my computer's motherboard took less time, where I had to send the motherboard to the service.
A terribly long period was needed in general to just decide what to do with the reported problem.
And once I was informed what decision was made, it took over a week again to send a new model.
And here also, I did not get a tracking number for the package which was sent, despite assuring that this would happen.
It's great that I got a new model, I'm grateful.
But I think, that I would be more satisfied with settling the problem shorter time - for example in a week, without sending a new model, where I would receive, for example, free delivery and possibly a small discount code.
Then I would definitely order more models or something else - because the game itself is great, and sice the reclamation was filed, I bought more WOT miniatures models from resellers.
I paid more for each individual models, but I preferred not to risk further problems with such a long reclamation process.
Of course, I received a discount code of 5 euros from You for the next purchase - Thank You, but I probably won't use it.
It doesn't even cover shipping costs. I also remember what happened to me now, which effectively blocks me from further orders.
