Wargaming Store EU

I have a problem with my model and we don't give me solution

I did not receive what I ordered. I will give further information

ordered on Jan, 19. but it couldnt be delivered. So I contacted the store and got no answer for days. One month later I wrote to Wargaming and than the store said they dont have the items in stock. I should have been given the money back, but I havent recieved it. I will have to contact Paypal.... Than I ordered again sth, what was clearly said to be in store, but it hasnt been sent yet. This is a giant joke, I hate WGstore

my order never arrived

I bought the model of the bismark primarily as it comes with codes and other great stuff that can be used on world of warships. To my dismay when i opened the box the booklet containing said codes was missing, in its place was a second copy of health and safety rubbish! I have had limited contact with the wargaming store who said a few WEEKS ago that they were in touch with the manufacturer. After asking for an update i am still no closer to a resolution, and still waiting for an answer!
