I’m still upset sine to my credit card was fraud in this webshop, close to Christmas. I had to pay using Klarna which I dislike.

I bought my dad a gift coupon worth about 600CZK for Christmas, unfortunately I bought it before Christmas and the 7-day validity warning was not highlighted. Now it is an unusable gift and 600CZK wasted on my part. Your support approach was also not helpful. After all, based on my experience from last year, I couldn't have expected a better response. You collected 600CZK and we got nothing but disappointment and anger. Thank you for such wonderful gifts.
