As employee of WG I have discounted price and that is OK, I was charged for the correct one at first. But Full pricing has been stated on the customs, so I had to pay customs as well. With discounted price I was not supposed to pay for the customs. Also, DHL handed over my package to the local post, so I had to pay that as well. And they were on strike, so I had to wait weeks longer than usual.

Personally I don’t play the game, but both my husband and son do and while in general play they both love it when it comes to special events I for one think the game is rigged—for instance my son went to bed on a lvl3 for decoration logged in and shot up to lvl8 without doing anything!

No choice...

Why all the gold in the packages (or gold only sales)? No real ingame use anymore!! Because packages in sales can't bought ingame with gold ... What is the use of coupons when you are really limited in it's use?!? Sometimes you can't even buy a premium tierVIII (because less than 30€)?!? Really WG why is that ? I really could only buy the tanks I allready own.

Only got partially what I ordered. Had to open ticket to get info about missing products. Still waiting on order after several weeks. Probably will not order again.
