Walls

The hoodie we received was clearly used by someone else. It was dirty on the outside and had 3 areas on the inside lining that were snagged. The hoodie was heavy duty but the lining doesn't do justice to the actual hoodie. It's easy to see how it was snagged. We returned the hoodie 8 days ago and they have yet to receive it. Really sorry it didn't work out for us. We are just getting a refund once they receive it back.

Everything ok but did not receive what I ordered and no good way to contact customer service. Sent email with no response.
