My first experience with Walls has been exceptional, even though things didn't entirely go my way, it was not Walls fault. I was surfing the web and I came across a great sale from Walls. 50% off on some items. Well, when I saw some very handsome flannel shirts on sale I had to give them a try. I ordered two shirts in size medium. Shipping was prompt and ordering on the web site was a breeze. When I received the shirts and with my luck, they were a little too snug. So when I went through the return procedure I realized that you could not exchange for a larger size. So I did as instructed and sent the shirts back and I went through the process of re ordering a larger size. Surprise! Sale was over. I contacted customer service and explained what happened and they sent me a coupon for 25% off. So instead of two shirts at 50% off I got one shirt at 25% off. That was not Walls fault. But now that I know my size and the next sale comes along, I will be adding to the wardrobe. I love the flannel shirts. It was a good experience.
