I sent an email to your company about the fact that the tracking information indicated my hat was received when it was in fact not....I did not receive a reply. Happily my daughter's hat has been located. I sent an email that the hat had been located and didn't get. Reply from that either.

The hat sizes are too large for the adjustable inner tie strap to be used to resize the hat down to a size small. The shape of the large hat simply can not maintain its look when the need to make it into a small hat is necessary. Wallaroo needs to make hats in a true small, medium and large size, and still include the adjustable inner strap for making minor adjustments. Because you only offer one size fits all, I have had to throw more than half of all of the hats I have bought from you away. Ridiculous!!!!
