Wallaroo Hat Company

I ordered and paid for two hats directly from Wallaroo. I only received one, but after my notification call, the second was immediately shipped to me. Unfortunately, I took off the tag of the Scrunchie or I would consider returning it. For me, the brim is too wide. I have only tried on the Aqua Hat, but it will be fine for my beach walks.

I love this hat but the wire on the brim was broken when it arrived in the mail.

I wanted to like the hat I ordered, but the chin strap was positioned so awkwardly (hitting me in the middle of my ear) that I decided to return it. Your shipping is slow and then I was out $7.95 to return the hat. That means that in the future I probably either 1) won't order another hat from your website because I don't want to risk having to pay for a return, or 2) have to feel 99% sure about the purchase before I make it. I'm disappointed because I've had another Wallaroo hat for about 8 years, and it's still in great shape--I love it! But I needed one with a chin strap for windy beach days, and while I really wanted to like yours, the overall experience was a bummer.

The hats are beautiful but WAY too big for me even with the pull string they drop down over my ears. so I had to return them. the only hats that fit are the kid size hats and those don't have very many options.

The hat I ' ve buy it costes double price than in the web Page, because of taxes. They don' t included the taxes, and I had paid 40 euros for taxes. Inbeliable. The worse is that I knew It before doing the purchase. Companies like Amazon, doesn ' t charge any taxes for buying. Only transport. Ay least the hat costed near 80 euros. Other thing was that the hat was bigger than in the picture. I didn' t like It. Terrible experiencia.
