I have only ever purchased hats by the beach when I realized I needed one. I bought 3 hats from Wallaroo and they are fantastic! I wear them every summer day. Well designed & constructed. I love them.

I was extremely pleased with my shopping experience. My hat was delivered timely in good condition and as advertised. Additionally, Wallaroo provided a return shipping label should anything prove to be disappointing. Smartly done!

I forgot to apply my 15% discount so I sent an email to the company after I had made the purchase online to see if they could add the discount. I did not hear back but also noticed my order did not ship after about three days. I called and within five minutes the situation was resolved in my order shipped that day. The issue was the credit made it look like my order was canceled. No fault of mine or theirs.....they were trying to apply the discount and it glitched. Love a company where you can call and talk to the same person to get your issue resolved and not be transferred to a gazillion different people
