Product came in its original packaging with some damage to the box from shipping. It came on time.

Everything to do with our two filter machines and their filter replacements went well. The ice tray set was not a success.

Haven't used it yet.premature. But the box showed up beat up and looks like it had been "re taped". Maybe a few times. (The air conditioner)

Blanket crawls up around the neck. Uneven heat. Looses heat if not covered.
