Response and shipping was excellent. I had a question about the range in temperature and left a message. A few hours later I rec'd a follow up call with the answer.

Product came in its original packaging with some damage to the box from shipping. It came on time.

Everything to do with our two filter machines and their filter replacements went well. The ice tray set was not a success.
