Really enjoy it! Flavors are good, less salty than competitive products (LMNT). I find that 500mg of sodium is what I need to kick-start my day prior to my morning workouts. When I was taking LMNT, I would get headaches a lot and feel that the 1000mg of sodium was probably the cause! There's already so much sodium in foods we eat, even though I attempt to cook 90% of the food I eat. I also enjoy the caffeine flavors and potassium / magnesium flavors. Will be ordering more and be a recurring customer

I've used other energy hydration powders before and they were too salty or just bland. I decided to try Cadence after buying a sample pack on the Feed. I love it. I'm not a big grapefruit person so that took some getting used to but I use it on every run now, especially my long runs. I'm planning on using it as my hydration for the Boston marathon this year. The Core and Rest/Recovery sachets are great as well! Shipping is fast and the bonus items i've received from my subscription have been a great addition! Will continue to purchase!
