I have emailed twice to check on the status of my exchange. I sent a harness back for exchange in late July, and have received no word about what’s going on.

Size it’s true to what they say and returns are hard to do. Save yourself time.

Not as advertised, smaller than what you said 11"-12" chest, only 4", I'll eat it.
