I ordered 3 and 1 fit as I expected.

so far, customer service is good, if we get a refund. The pink color was awful, pink/gray/mauve or something.

Cumbersome to put on the dog and clips are very stiff. If it didn't cost so much in postage (yours and mine) to return it, I would. As it is, I'll attempt to sell it online.
