Everything came as expected. The box was in a much larger box and very protected.

The earrings are very nice and arrived early. The description on the website stated that IGI Certs were included. The certs were not in the shipment which prompted my reaching out to Von’s. A CSR replied that Von’s doesn’t certify gemstones but would do so in my case. (IGI certifications have now been removed from the listing). I am waiting to find out the procedure for getting this accomplished. My wife is very happy with her new earrings.

I called customer service to check on the shipping date and they were very friendly and helpful. Also - the ring arrived 3 days earlier than promised.
