After more than a week i am still waiting for a reply from customer service for a return.

Not thick enough for winter and not thin enough to be a shell. Zipper doesnt work well at all. Either hard to come off or to zip up. Very frustrating. Not enough pockets. Appealing design.

I'm actually really disappointed in the new anders jacket I purchased. I feel like the advertising of it being an "11 out of 10" for warmth was extreamly misleading because the body and hood is insulated but the sleeves arent?? Like I was wearing it for the first time in -5 c weather and my arms were cold. This jacket is just not going to cut the mustard on the slopes this year and I'm really not impressed.

Paid for 2 day shipping and it took over a week! And then I had to go pick it up in another city! Why did I pay extra for fast shipping and then it didn’t even get delivered to my house?? Bullshit!

ordered 3 identical style/ size of jeans. 1 pair fits great . 2 pairs are way too baggy
