They’ve made returns as difficult
They’ve made returns as difficult as possible with the buyer having to pay postage. A real shame since a lot of these products could be trial and error and very bulky leading to extortionate return costs.

Delivery on time. We'll packaged but product flimsy and joins don't easily clip together.

Lost Package
DX Express sends an email every day saying it is out for delivery, then another email later in the day saying they couldn’t deliver. Package is lost but nobody is admitting it.
