I received the arm immobiliser

I received the arm immobiliser in preparation for significant shoulder surgery. The first 10 days or so with the arm immobiliser were great however it has started to unravel and is now or no use as the shoulder strap does not hold securely. I have emailed yourselves regarding this and sent in pictures to validate my claims but have had no response as yet. Sadly, my overall experience has been very poor.
