Shipping et cetera fine however the Velcro straps are no longer closing properly they’ve lost their stickiness. I got I emailed customer service and I haven’t even had a reply about it.

Already done … a few problems with it.

The delivery was fast and no problems. But product must be advertised as a massage cream (maybe with an oil).

Too expensive with the shipping.
