My order arrived quickly but was missing an adapter and instructions. This was dealt with swiftly and arrived the following day. Great service. Oh . . and the ball is brilliant.

These domes do the job up to a point, but because they cannot be moved and stuck down again (if not in the right place or need to transfer to another insole) I am endlessly trying to get them into the right place in my various shoes. I have a different set with Velcro on the back and they are much easier to deal with - they can be moved and re-positioned and they stay in place.
