We ordered 8 pull-up banners in total (5x different designs). Each banner arrived exactly as we had hoped. The quality of print and the material of the banners themselves was fantastic. Turnaround time was swift which is actually why we placed our order with Vivid. The support during the artwork proofing was fantastic via phone and email. Their customer service focus was more than evident. We will certainly use their services again in the future.

Sumen went above and beyond to ensure my flag was produced and delivered before my business activation, which I truly appreciated. The quality of the flag exceeded my expectations—it looks fantastic and is made to a very high standard. I'm extremely happy with both the product and the outstanding customer service.
