Shipping sucked

Not what I expected. Your TV ads present one thing, real life is another. I don't see anyone in your TV ads having to use a butter knife to dislodge the undissolved powder from the pods to get the full effects and taste of their vitapods. They just insert, shake and go.

Shipping excellent. Product. Customer service awful. Would not recommend
