I love the pods. Not so much on the water bottle. It does not hold ice for more than an hour and drinks do not stay cold after the ice is gone. I do however love the concept and pods.

not what I hoped for bitter aftertaste with some pods

I will know more if my subscription is cancelled as requested. I received the shipment quickly. Have not spoken with customer service. Probably an okay gift for some people.

Pods don’t release properly

I wish there was a way to exchange unused flavor pods..
