My first machine did not
My first machine did not work so I had to call customer service and it took me a few days to get through to the right person. The first person I encountered name was Keira. She was rude, nasty and did not care about what I had to say. When I was trying to tell her that I had been calling for almost a week and had did everything they told me to do on the emails she said you need to bring it down and I was talking in my normal voice. I asked to speak to someone else and she said I’m the boss and I told you that you need to wait for the support tech to tell you what to. I had told her they did and I had done everything I was told to do but she didn’t want to hear it and said this conversation is over and hung up in my face. I got on the site and sent an email to support and told them what happened. A guy called me within 20 minutes and I explained to him what was happening and he immediately took care of it. He ordered me a new machine and within 3 days I had it. The only thing I regret is that I can not remember his name. He deserved 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. That’s was EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!😀
