I have many Vionic sandals and runners. The arch is perfect for me. But they tend to run a little wide for me and I have to buy a size smaller in this brand

Very cute sandals! Design is elegant. Colour is great. The BEST part is the insoles. I have high arches so really need a good arch support. This was built in. Super comfy standing in them. The only thing is - it's a sandal without back strap so expect them to be loose in that regard. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase.

No issues with customer service, will only exchange once they receive the return order.
