Very good customer service experience as they handled very well a problem I had with a non received order

everything perfect! I did not receive the parcel of my last order and they immediately purpose the refund of money or a new delivery, and I received the 2nd parcel in a few days.

It took 3 weeks to ship to Germany but worth to wait every single day! Lovely packed.
