Shipping problems. Product has not arrived after two weeks.

I ordered the product but it never arrived! I tried to "contact' them about my order number "8949" but it was impossible for me to make contact with them. If I can't contact them then it may be easier to just protest the charge.

My online experience was good, but it was overshadowed by the product that I received. The expiration date on the chocolate chews was in a couple of months!! It’s like the company sent me OLD stuff. That’s unacceptable. I’ll look at your competitor to see if they send me product that’s near the expiration date.
