Melted product, shipping method inadequate

Omegas vitamin order was not up to par. A couple of the bottles were actually too thick to pour. I had to bang on the bottle to get the stuff out. What happened? Please tell me next order will be better. If not I will have to cancel my subscription

I already explained that I was shipped an unacceptable form of the product.
