Our desktop came damaged on top. Our credenza came with mismatch pieces and we are unable to build it. The desk does seem very solid and we love the look.

I was disappointed with the quality, especially considering the price. Parts started cracking while I was putting it together. Honestly, it felt cheaper than IKEA furniture but cost much more. Between the wait time and the quality issues, I don't feel it was worth the investment.

Poor design flaw. Tray is useless. It falls when you pull it out, and all your items fall out with it.

I ordered a new desk, and it is non-functional. I am getting the error message E32 right out of the box. I started a new position at a new firm and this is causing me great anxiety as I am unable to be as productive as I can be without a functional desk. this is a huge issue for me.
