Solid desk but noisy motor with knocking sound when lowering the desk

Very happy with the product and stability. I would change a few things. The ability to add the drawer on the return side. The cable management solution that Secret Labs is using is superior to the tray that Vernal uses and that tray should be included, not a separate charge for it. Also, how does one overlook the need to place the wiring for electricity at the bottom of one of the legs? This should be redesigned.

Love the desk! I ordered the short storage: it is very short!

Originally recieved my Vernal Core3 L-shaped Standing Desk with some minor cosmetic damage. Vernal quickly responded to my issue providing multiple options for resolution that completely resolved my issue. I have been using this desk for about a week now, and I love it! The extra space, ability to hold up to almost 400 pounds, and the up and down motion is incredibly smooth and quiet.

It is a great product. The installation was a bit challenging, especially the legs. It took two naive people 3 hours to finish the task! After that, everything works perfectly.
