I already wrote my content on response I just sent ! Vernal is a great company. Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody. Excellent product, great communications, and awesome follow-up and customer service.

Vernal has one of the best customer service I have experienced. Order caster wheels for my standing desk and it was taking Fedex too long to deliver and they reached out to me first noticing my casters haven't arrived yet and sent another set right away.

Communicated with the service team. Bit before buying. They were helpful and quick to respond

Customer Service is the best ever!

I had a couple of questions before buying. The communication was great. Delivery was fast. Just wished there would have assembled it for me, but it is not hard to to do it yourself.
