Our desktop came damaged on top. Our credenza came with mismatch pieces and we are unable to build it. The desk does seem very solid and we love the look.

Poor design flaw. Tray is useless. It falls when you pull it out, and all your items fall out with it.

I ordered a new desk, and it is non-functional. I am getting the error message E32 right out of the box. I started a new position at a new firm and this is causing me great anxiety as I am unable to be as productive as I can be without a functional desk. this is a huge issue for me.

The drawer glides were installed by the manufacturer at the wrong heights so the file drawer would not close properly. I had to go and reinstall the glides so that the file cabinet drawer would fit. It made for a frustrating installation experience.
