Customer service is exceptional!!!

This was my first experience with Vermont Kitchen Supply but it won't be my last. They took a personal interest in my request and even though they didn't have the item in stock, they were happy to let me know when it came in. They emailed me when the item was back in stock and after a simple online transaction, I was all set. They shipped my big heavy pan for free and it arrived with in a few days in perfect condition. We live in central NY and are hoping to get to Vermont soon and see their store in person. I was very pleased with their personal attention and service and would recommend them to a friend.
