Ring is not gold any more

I didn't like the piece and wanted to return it but I was not provided with a return label. So I contacted the dedicated email adress but never received an answer. So now I can probably not return it anymore as the 30 days have passed.

The C pendant was terribly disappointing and very overpriced. I feel scammed. I would have returned it but was told I could only have an exchange. Would never buy from you again.
