I've tried to reach out. I spent almost 200$ on 8 vapes and only received 5, and 2 of the ones I received were damaged and won't charge for me. So I basically spent 200$ for 3 vapes which is insane. I've been a loyal customer and don't consume any other brands either. No customer service and no help with this problem either. I'm pretty upset to say the least
