I’ve bought two of these before, both of them wore out, I wrote to you, hoping to get assistance. But I got no response. I like them enough that I bought two more. But these are not the same, I can not manipulate these with one hand. It takes both hands to get the things to move. These are both either made wrong, or you sent the wrong ones . Now I get the pleasure of returning them. And since you did not even get back to me last time. I have very little hope. And if that happens, I’m going to be out close to 500$. I hope your willing to fix this.

I have sent multiple emails because I followed your chart, but have an incompatible quick shoe. Wanted to send it back and get the right one. 3-4 emails later, I finally get a response saying a quick shoe to buy but I have to call to order. I work during the day and have a hard time finding time to make personal phone calls, so that's not much of an option. Plus, still no way to send the I correct item back. I love my tripod, but this customer service has been pretty frustrating.
