The worst return policy. Never will try to buy

The package was delayed beyond the estimated date with no notification or tracking. Additionally the package when I received it was horribly packaged and the tape had come off. Shocked that this was the terribly quality of my experience. Will think twice about ordering from here next.

I bought two knobs item that were in stock. They sent an email stating the two knobs were shipped. I received a box with only half the order. I emailed you for the rest of the order and you said it was because I ORDERED an item that was out of stock - and you’ll send when it’s in stock- sometime a month after I placed the order. Well. I still haven’t received the rest of the order. I’ve overplayed for the partial order I can’t use as I need TWO. Frustrated and will not use this company again

The screws provided were flimsy and broke while installing.
