Ordered cabnet handles and they came quick and looked great all individually wrapped. Will definitely order all my hardware from here now thank you!

Excellent customer service and response time. Quality of packaging is poor which led to a lot of back and forth with replacements. Appreciate Georgia!

Shipping was super fast. Love them! Highly recommend.

Hi there! For some reason I was not sent screw with my cabinet knobs…looking at FAQ it sez all knobs come with screws… I ordered three knobs and 3 backplates, the plates were back ordered, so guess they forgot? The plates have fine scratches all over them in one direction (not polished out completely? The knobs have no fine scratches. I’m wondering about this.

The product is very nice and built well. Delivery was on time. It was difficult to find out details regarding the product and I couldn't find an individual within Plank that I could ask. It took some research and time before I located a local store that could give me details. I would suggest a more prominent customer service phone number be listed.
