I love the look and quality of your products but I HATE that every order I've make from this company has included the wrong size screws. For how expensive this hardware is, you would think the screws would come the right size and I wouldn't have to order them separately!

The product is beautiful, the shipping was quick, the images on the website are beautiful as well, and I’m able to get a good sense of the product. Unfortunately, there are conflicting measurements on the website for two of the items I ordered and I am not able to use them because they do not fit the space. I submitted a request for clarification on measurements through your website. I am waiting to get a response. I wish that I could chat or call someone to get a speedier response but I understand you are in the UK and the time difference makes that difficult. however, this will not deter me from ordering from you again or recommending you to friends.

Its nice but the knob was too largebfor my needs and the screw post was too small. I'm trying to find a replacement knob for a tray that pulls out of thenroo of my night stand. Hard to find a less than half inch knob with a suitable post to screw it in.

I have emailed for 2 days waiting back for a return label to exchange my items for another color and have not receive it yet. This should be instant an able to download on the website from the order. I was also not able to use my order number to look up my order from your site for some reason.
