User friendly and not a million questions to answer. Simple and straight to the point. I would like to take the opportunity and mention that it would be nice if you guys honored like a birthday with like a discount like my birthday was July 27. I waited and waited all day thinking I would get a discount from you guys and obviously I wouldn’t because your site doesn’t allow someone to add a birthday. I think that would be a plus if you guys would do that.
