I contacted your company about the strong, synthetic fragrance in the product. This can be a major issue for some people, and in my case, I was unable to use the product. I do not feel there was understanding or compassion on the part of erborian in your response. Essentially, I was told I could return the product, which would cost me $18 to send via USPS. I declined and tossed the product in the garbage.
