The two backpacks ordered never arrived. Apparently the backpacks were destroyed while in the possession of UPS. But no one will give me a straight answer. At present I'm out $130. Not Happy!

item is the same size as the M suitcase I have. Return instructions took a very long time - I had to wait for a prepaid slip which had to arrive via email and I had to ask for it twice and last, to add in insult to injury - I had to travel with the luggage all the way to the post office since the website required to schedule pick up did not work.
